Frequently Asked Questions
Should we choose Enterprise or Academy?
Academy is recommended for academies that teach their own enrolled students, and Enterprise for education companies and institutions that dispatch instructors or supply course materials. If you are unsure, please describe your operating model in an adoption inquiry.
Is any software installation required?
No. Both instructors and learners access the service through a web browser. It can be used on PCs, tablets and mobile devices.
Can we use our existing lesson materials as they are?
PDF and PPT materials can be used as slides immediately after upload. Quiz, discussion and practice blocks can then be added to build participatory lessons. With Enterprise, automatic content conversion moves large volumes of materials into lessons at once.
Does the fee increase as the number of instructors grows?
With Academy, affiliated instructors can be invited free of charge with no limit on numbers. For Enterprise, a quote is provided based on the size of the institution, including the number of instructors.
Can we try the service before adoption?
A demonstration on actual screens is provided during adoption consultation, and a pilot of one program or one semester is available by agreement.
How is learners' personal information managed?
Access permissions are checked by a single authorization engine, and institutional data is kept separate for each institution. For detailed processing standards, please refer to the Privacy Policy.
Can we receive administrative documents such as contracts and quotations?
Please list the documents you need in your adoption inquiry, and our team will prepare them in accordance with your institution's procedures.
Can we sign in with our institution's accounts?
Enterprise supports SSO based on SAML 2.0 and OIDC, and account synchronization via SCIM 2.0. Users sign in through your identity system, and changes in HR or academic systems are reflected in instructor accounts automatically.
How are Academy fees paid?
Fees are charged automatically each monthly billing date to the card registered on the director's account. Invoices and payment history are available in the billing menu of the director's dashboard.
