  1. Institutional Adoption
  2. Enterprise

Enterprise

Flipsson Enterprise is the adoption option for education companies and institutions that dispatch instructors or supply course materials. The institution is registered as a single organization, and multiple managers administer the instructor pool, master lessons, dispatch schedules, settlement and performance from one screen. Instructors join the organization with the same Flipsson accounts they already use. Accounts connect to the institution's identity system via SSO and SCIM, and existing materials move over at once through automatic content conversion.

Organization Structure

  • The organization remains intact even when the person in charge changes. The server prevents the last responsible administrator from being deleted or demoted.
  • Each master lesson is kept once within the organization and assigned to instructors. Because it is not duplicated for each instructor, any revision is reflected everywhere at once.
  • When an instructor is removed from the pool, access to assigned lessons is revoked immediately, while confirmed dispatches and settlement records are preserved.

Two Operating Models

Enterprise offers two operating models according to the institution's business model. A single institution may also use both.

Management Features

Management Features
Instructor pool managementInstructors are brought in through email invitations or by approving their join requests. An invitation can be accepted only when the verified email matches the invited address, and each instructor belongs to only one organization.
Master lesson managementThe organization owns master lessons and assigns them to instructors. Managers review lessons using teacher-view and student-view previews, and instructors use the same preview to rehearse before teaching.
Automatic content conversionUpload materials in bulk (PDF, PPT, HWP, Office documents, images) and AI automatically converts them into Flipsson lessons structured as sessions, modules and blocks. Converted results are published after a review step.
Dispatch scheduling · AssignmentRegister dispatch sites and schedules and manage them in the order Unassigned → Recruiting → Confirmed. First-come, first-served applications are processed so that capacity is never exceeded, and an assignment is declined when it overlaps with the instructor's existing schedule.
Dispatch confirmationA dispatch confirmation (PDF) is issued for confirmed schedules. It is not issued for schedules that have not yet been confirmed.
SettlementInstructor fees are recorded per schedule and per instructor, and payment status is managed individually or in bulk.
Performance reportsView dispatch and settlement metrics and learning outcomes. Assignment submission rates use 'number of students × number of assignments' as the denominator, so students who have not submitted are also made visible.
Content licensing (content supply model)Once published, course materials start out visible only to approved academies. A one-time approval code is issued for each academy, and when modification is locked, revisions to the original are applied only after the academy director confirms them.
Content preview (content supply model)Part of the course materials can be opened as a preview for promotional purposes. Only the first few sessions are extracted at the data level and shown, so the full content is never exposed.

Security · Reliability

Security · Reliability
Single sign-on (SSO)SSO based on SAML 2.0 and OIDC is supported. Managers and instructors sign in with the institution's identity provider (IdP) and do not manage separate passwords.
Automatic account provisioning (SCIM)SCIM 2.0 automatically reflects hires, departures and affiliation changes from the institution's HR or academic systems in instructor accounts. Access is revoked immediately when someone leaves.
Unified authorizationAll access permissions are checked by a single authorization engine. The result is the same even if the interface is bypassed or a URL is entered directly.
Session managementPassword changes, account suspensions and sign-out from all devices take effect immediately, and users can view a list of signed-in devices and sign out of each one individually.
Data separationEach organization's lesson and course material data is managed separately at the organization level. Content usage status never exposes other institutions' rates.
Attachment handlingUploaded documents are converted in an isolated environment with external network access blocked, and the original files used for conversion are deleted after 3 days.
Zero-downtime deploymentA new version is switched in only after it is confirmed to respond normally; if it fails, the existing version stays in service. Deployments can be rolled back release by release.
Regular backupsThe production database is backed up daily, and only backups that pass integrity verification are retained.

Pricing and Included Allowances

Enterprise pricing is provided as a custom quote based on institution size, operating model (dispatch or content supply) and number of instructors. Usage limits are set individually for each organization rather than by pricing tier.
